Comments:
Mark picked me up and we ran at the usual descending pace up to Tenley. 8min first mile. Joined by Jesse and Alex as Sam is in Texas. Glover, Mass, Bishop's Garden, back way, Ingomar, 41st to Davenport and then 180 to home. Pace for most was somewhere in the 8s, I'd guess and we finished with a 7:15 pace for the final kilometer after parting ways. Felt pretty good and weather was just splendid, as it has been for the past 36 hours.
