Weather: 80 degrees and 80% humidity

Comments:
Warmed up 2.25 miles at AL Lopez Park with Keith, then did 3 x mile with 400 easy jog. Then did 2 miles cool down. Aimed at 5:30 miles, but we ran faster. I did not feel that great or comfortable, but the body reacts when you want it too. 5:27, 5:24, 5:15
