Weather: 80 and humid

Comments:
This was a strong run, pushing just faster than comfortable, not settling in. It wasn't very fast, but it was through thick grass and only about 14 hours after my last run. I felt really strong. No shin pain until I was in the shower afterwards.

In order to keep my shin pain under control, I think I'll run until I start to feel beat-up then stop and tack on later if need be. So, if I start to feel beat-up at 12 miles, then I'll stop and do 4 later in the day. If I don't feel beat-up through 16, then I'll finish the run out.
