My leg is getting better. I can almost walk completly normal on it which is exciting because its getting better fast.

ANYWAYS, I started out just swimming laps for 10 minutes trying to get loose. Then I ran in the water for 30 minutes. I could finally kick with my left leg all the way which was exciting. I got pretty tired and was breathing pretty good. Its still not the same as running but hopefully i won't be too far behind.
