I guess you can call this a workout since it's the hardest I've ran in a while. Was going to do 10 around 7:15ish but Mollie and Kate wanted to meet up before Mollie leave's for Seattle tomorrow. Rounded it off around 8. Didn't really pick it up too much until Mile 4ish probably, wind helped miles 2 & 3. Felt good have this really weird left quad pain feels like muscle fatigue or weakness happened after 2 probably around 2.2 on the causway...had it the whole run weird. Really picked it up the last 3 <6...decent need the watch though.
