First 4 felt good so I stopped after that and recovered for a minute then did a mile hard out on the towpath. Better than I expected- From 1 mile north of Szalays to Szalays so a little uphill.

First 4 was 7:19, 6:58, 7:02, 6:55 (28:17).

Hard mile was 5:28 (33:45)

Cooled down a quarter in 2:05 (35:50)
