Overall solid weather. Got up around 5:45 at Lyd's out of bed at 5:55, planned on 7am start was a little late was going to get out at 7:50 then forgot I didn't have big booty downloaded so that took more time, got out at 8:12, not bad only a couple degree difference but the sun got a little warm. First long run along in a while so didn't want to die, felt really good. Took a second to get into the groove opened 7:27, 7:03, 7:27 (I always speed up in seaport maybe it's GPS but def the people) 6:59 right when I got to the Charles. Honestly was nervous but kept telling myself to trust myself and it worked, went more even and hit a plateau towards the end. 6:54, 6:50, 6:36 - this was the turning point - 6:29, 6:13, 6:07, 5:59 - still felt really good. Was planning last 3 <6 but 5 works :). 5:59 - nice even - 6:04 - nvm about 5 i guess 4, I missed this split def cause I had to dodge people and cross roads - 5:40, 5:39. Last two def harder I thought I'd be able to hit quicker on the last one but really walled out and didn't want to red line it but looks like I was close to it based on HR MAX :/ Miles 9 and on are where HR got high. Especially the sub 6 ones...felt good for the 172-188 range though...overall happy, overshot the run so 1 mile cool down is good to round to 16.
