Weather: Awful, hot, and very humid, 90ish
Comments:
first practice of second week of pre-season. Everyone seemed to feel like we were slogging through humidity and feeling the fatigue of last week's camp. I ended up leading the top group on a clockwise 4 mile loop and while it felt like a trudge, I think the pace was actually decently under 8. Starting at the sprint track this actually was over 4 miles!
