Felt awesome on the run today. Much better dressed too. Windpants, white long sleeve and new Team Samaritans purse shirt over it. Dri-motion base and black thin gloves.

I was really amazed how easy the run felt and how good of a pace I was on. I ran last weeks 10k but backwards.
