0%. started fast, ran the first 5 each in 8:34 (steady), slowed to 9:05 for 1 mile, then to 8:20, 8:40, then sped up to sub 8s and about a 7 ( I think) on the last mile. Need to buy glide, chaffing really bad. shin hurt a bit. stomach was terrible, one of the worst farts of my lie, so embarassing. oatmeal w/ almond butter for before the run but that's never been a problem before, 1 pack of gu at mile 6. hardest run of my life?
