Comments:
Drove to Matt's. Ran south on Western Ridge and turned back onto Ridge Road just after the horse rink. Felt fairly slow and heavy legged, but we got a decent pace goin as we planned today's workout and I was able to move decently despite not feeling fresh. Started around 8s ad finished below 7:30, I suspect.
