Big off day with LYD. I really think I'm finally falling in love with her...scary thought. Slept in until 8, got some coffee, drove to Concord hit her park loop then battle road which were both great flat trails. Easy run huge recovery for Lyd after 1st female in MV half. Got to meet her mom and Alec briefly after! Good day.
