Comments:
Even more unproductive today. Just how it goes I guess. Ran a little earlier and ventured up into campus a little bit. Did Giles trails then past Belle Sherman and down through campus and Cascadilla. Hills were not too tough and I didnt feel that sore from yesterday surprisingly. I kept the pace easy though and got stopped by a lot of traffic and construction. Giles was nice, very fall like, wet trails and leaves. I tried to take it back reminiscent of the old days, but just feel so disconnected now. Its been such a long time and things change. Went a little further than 5.5 but I guess I round down to make up for yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Brief stretch after I got back from taking Floyd for a walk. So overall, legs were pretty tired and sore by then. I need the mileage though so its all good. Thats what I want to be doing when I come home.
