Comments:
Klimate app has been getting the temp cooler and HUM higher...whateves. Easy basic run decided to do the castle royal with cheese loop again to keep it non-stop, seems to be better for HR. Higher than last time and slower pace..def from lactic acid workout, overall felt smooth and controlled. Didn't really feel smooth until 5.5-6 miles in. Sleep wasn't 100% prob because lactic acid from the workout - legs don't feel too beat up which is good
