Comments:
Woke up at 5:30ish at Lyd's, marylous, run. Wanted to take this easy for a long run just get a fully aerobic effort. Was able to hold off until the last 3 or so miles when I decided to start to pick it up. Pretty much the whole return trip around 8ish miles was into a solid headwind so effort was probably harder than pace --- increase HR a little maybe. Overall HR was good, would have been sub 140 prob if I didn't pick it up. Felt really good and easy on this one. Solid LR before street puck lets go...chafing stick helped a lot. 7:30,24,25,14, 6:47 (oops), 7:06, 6:54, 58, 48, 44, 44, 49, 35, 31, 28, 01, 5:37. First 9 miles <140, miles 10-12 in 140s, 13-15 were 150, 16 was 159 and 17 was 166 then last .78 was 172-179
