Mikey's BDAY last night so had like 4ish drinks, back to lydia's, fucked, bed at 12:00AM...woke up at 6:00, left around 7:10AM, running around 8:00AM. Didn't get great sleep, a little hungover and dehydrated so we'll see about the run...BB woke up at 65 :(

Felt pretty garbage on this one. Legs were ok, just hungover, tired, stomach issues, lack of confidence probably hurt. I guess it helped me go slower like I wanted to. HR was decent for the most part besides the 4 mile pick up...I need to be more confident and learn how to run uncomfortable. This was supposed to be at half marathon pace...wish I could say it felt like that. This is prob my 10K pace in reality. 3.5 mins of stoppage attributed to the summer st light, seeing Jubani at North Coast, the North End light, Charles light, then another charles light and quick again at the north end light oh and a quick piss around 5? Pick up miles @ half pace were 12-15 @ 5:40.

First one was harder, middles two weren't bad besides a quick stop light and a mom in a van I flipped off lol. Last two but especially last 1 were into gusts of head wind. Last one was hard quick stop after then jog back to the apartment. meh overall
