Probably could have done a little different/longer workout. 1x2mile + 4xmile. Felt sluggish with heavy legs. Used Vaporfly for this to get used to them. A lot more cushion than Endorphin but I think feet like them better. 2 mile goal 11:00 - 10:58 then figured I'd take the miles easier with less rest

Side stich on the last won. These felt easy but with heavy legs.
