Good week, another light one. Four mile race on Friday went well. Set a PR of 21:48 (5:27 avg) with splits of 5:15, 5:31, 5:26, 5:36. Made my move in mile three. Was risky and it didn't pay off in terms of making the top 12 for the varsity race on Saturday next week but I left everything out there. Really happy with the effort and excited to race the open race next weekend. Also set a 3 mile PR of 16:12 during the race.
