Comments:
Easy basic for the taper week. Still bugging mw that I'll end the week around 47 I think...maybe I'll be able to run 3 Sunday for 50. This one felt easy, little windy and chilly busted out the gloves with long sleeve and shorts was good. Ended at Stats to help Mikey grab a free picnic table. Looking at 30ish mins easy tomorrow with strides I think. Still managing to stay around peaking...we'll see if that will last tomorrow/Sat.
