Weather: 45-47 (39-43) N 8-9mph 75% HUM later run 8:15AM
Comments:
Long sleeve, gloves, thinner black tights. Very easy controlled chill pre-race run. wanted 5,thought 30 mins so landed on 35 mins + strides to get to 5. 4 strides some stretching and good to go. Glad I'm still peaking, may go into recovery in the morning we'll see - maybe the day off Monday was a blessing in disguise ? Still could have used the no drinking and a day off for better. Wish this was tomorrow's weather
