NHS "Brainbowl" after school today so I asked Gene if I could run on the treadmill during gym. To break up the monotony, I alternated between hard and easy segments. 1 mile at 7:30 pace, .5 at 6:00 pace, 1 mile at 8:00, .5 at 5:56 pace, 1 mile at 8:00, .5 at 5:49 pace, .5 at 7:30-8:00, .5 at 5:30. Felt pretty relaxed throughout most of the workout. Got pretty tired on the last .5.
