To tired when I woke up so slept in - good for recovery actually not too upset about it. Woke up BB 96, fell back to and it hit 99...solid sleep. Running around 4:15ish. Felt good on this one. Felt a piss already at mile 3ish then a shit mile 4, held until 6 stopped in UMASS and shat soup...picked it up a little last 4ish miles :50,40,27,24 pretty easy. 5 min bathroom stop meh but HR overall good that def helped
