Comments:
shorts, long sleeve, gloves. Sunrise at 6:30 now with clocks...started this one later out of bed 6:40sih. Better than last week I think temps and shorts helped the legs warm up. Left achillies hurt after last run, this morning, and this run...hopefully it's nothing major. This tempo went better than last week. Same goal 22:00 (5:30 pace) and was able to do it. Felt challenging but not too hard. Even running makes it easier for sure. Could have gone short sleeve and gloves/not hands got good warm sweat after the tempo. I hope this is an actual good 8K tune up workout...Splits
