Comments:
Cleveland needs to be introduced to a snow plow because the road conditions were unacceptable. The roads were snow covered and somewhat slushy, which made it really hard to get any traction. In spite of the conditions, I ran a good workout today. My legs were really tired b/c they had to work hard in the snow, but my cardio seemed there. Good first workout.
