Weather: 37-39 (30-31) 12-14mph SUNNY so felt warmer

Comments:
Wore thinner black tights, short sleeve, BCH long sleeve, gloves. Felt warm and got sweaty so probably only need a long sleeve...maybe even shorts for a longer run but was tired this morning.
Failed workout. NGL this was discouraging during and after. Not sure where this begins I want to say getting too drunk Friday and not recovering...but I did take all day saturday off and resting, and Sunday's LR felt amazing...soooo chalking this up to tired legs and body from Sunday's LR. Legs were tired yesterday so makes sense and 19 was 100% overkill - shouldn't compensate for lack of mileage in a day like that...should have capped it at 16 I think and prob taken it overall easier around those 6 tempo miles. I think the time for this tempo was around 22:36, 5:33, :36, 47, 41. Started at mile 4 instead of 3 to get more tail winds but not sure that helped. Felt slow off the jump. Head wind miles 1.7-3.7ish. Thought to only do 3 but around BCH got a little second wind and decided to push 4 even if the 4th was super slow, but it was faster than the 3rd so not bad. Not the run I wanted and to make matters worse, watch is unproductive for the first time in a while. VO2 went from 73 to 72 yesterday so makes sense with 2 runs not feeling great, even though I had up tempo in this...prob sensing it was harder than Sunday's so adjusting...ALSO I've been sick-ish since Sunday sooo...hopefully I can get back to productive by the weekend and the peaking by next week ... :)
