Comments:
15 min warmup, 5 min tempo 1 min off for 25 min, 15 min cooldown. Overall felt good on this run. Just tried to hang on with the group and it worked out...wasnt too bad. Jumping in the pool is always nice and refreshing and iced a little afterwords. Happy Birthday Coach!

(Also no clue on the mileage just copied Sydney and thought it sounded about right ?)
