with the girls, 15 minute warmup, 25 minutes up tempo. 5 minutes tempo, then 1 minute off pace, for the 25 minute duration. took a few water breaks, then went to coach Rowes for a 10-15 minute swim and finished with 15 minutes of cooldown running. good workout!!!!
