Was thinking about a workout but didn't wake up and up paced run yesterday so just going to go for easy miles 9-10 hopefully...felt meh on this one HR too high and all over the place..recovery is 2 hours longer than yesterday and 35 seconds slower pace...maybe I am getting sick? Afternoon running sucks. Back left trap kills. Wind wasn't fun. Unpro is good? idk
