Comments:
Tired this morning but got up and out. It was chilly, near freezing had to get the pants out again. Started out slow down the hill, ran along the river and then came back up Macdonald to 31st. I was thinking of extending to Kerrisdale, but knee was kinda sore and I did a lot of walking and biking and running yesterday so it was probably smart to do a shake out today and rest a little bit. Pace was easy and comfortable. Didnt notice the hills much. Not a lot of folks out even though it was a surprisingly pleasant chill morning.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. Legs feel a bit beat but knees and hips are fine. Stood around a while watching the end of the Ticats game. Grey Cup next weekend!
