Comments:
Haven't been shitting pre-run for a while...shit right after got the urge just before 9 miles. Overall run was good. Still feel heavy and tired this pace is easy but pushing the pace would be hard. Felt very smooth and chill thought the pace would be slower overall tbh. Rain stopped before I ran and wind was only really there for mile 6.Was a little chilly with the breeze at first but shorts and short long sleeve were the call, no gloves thumbs got a little cold but not bad. If it was raining that would have sucked. Humidity helps HR monitor stick. Glad I'm on maintaining finally but that means I'm just maintaining the previous weeks detraining/unproductiveness...maybe I'll get to productive but I foresee maintaining this week since mileage will be low. This is for sure because I'm not doing 2/week workouts. Last 4 were <7 and last 3 were 141-144BPM...should learn to stay at 7:00 pace to keep HR lower.
