Felt pretty good for it being the first workout back, and had an easier time with this one than I thought I would. Me and Kurt got passed by Phil on the 600 with 100 to go, but it wasn't because he was faster than us as much as I just didn't expect him to come up and make a move like that and got caught off guard. But it was still impressive and a good wakeup call. First meet in 2 weeks and I need to be ready.
