Weather: not to bad, maybe low 80s
  
  Comments: 
biked to guy park trailhead at babler, then ran for 40 mins and then biked back.  went up the hill to the camping area, back down and then added on a little out and back for somewhere around 5 miles i think.  about 9 miles biking round trip.  
i dont know why but whenever i bike to a run the first half mile or so feels ridiculously slow.  oh well.  the rest of it felt pretty good.
hip felxor is a little tight, need to stretch it out better.
