Comments:
Ran mostly with Eliana, Anna F, Abel, Sophie N and Jackson Todd for first half. Ward, Mass, 47th, Chesapeake. Mellow and pleasant. Left knee isn't fixed, but the aggressive massage Dr. Beck gave me yesterday seems to have helped some. He re-set me, too, but I admit I felt uneven today. Perhaps, that is because I'm adjusting to being straight again?
