Comments:
Ran with strongest group of boys to Arizona Ave along Nebraska as I was delayed and didn't get out the door with the middle group, as I'd intended. Turned at Arizona with Ben M, Ashok T, and Matthew S. The way back was a pick-up, dropping from 7:45 to sub 7:30 over the final mile. Knee isn't right, but it kind of just feels like the classic Patellar femoral pain, rather than anything scary. Rushed off to get on an admissions zoom call right after returning.
