Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up 1 mile easy
Then Try to find a place that is relatively flat where you can run fast for about a quarter of a mile which is .25 miles.
Run .25 miles fast (I think a good goal would be to hit them all close to 1:30 or under so sun 6 pace)
Take a complete rest after for 2 minutes
And let's do a total of 7 of these!!
So it's basically running .25 miles fast 7 times with 2 min rest in between.
When you are running, focus on good form, high knees, good pushoff etc. But do not go out too fast in the first one!! Paces will depend on wind, weather, terrain etc., so it's more about effort than pace anyway.
After doing all 7 of the repeats, cooldown easy with a .5 jog
If you can give me the splits for the .25's that would be great!!
