Comments:
Went to bed at 12:30 and awoke accidentally about 5:10. Got up at 5:30 and met Mustang out front at 5:53. Ran to Tenley at just over 8 pace and met Alex. Meandered a bit to find unusual roads and ways, passing through Immaculata, Au's parking lot, Wesley Heights (Glover Drwy) Huidekoepper, and finished on Wisc and 41st. Most of the run was in the 8s, and the last mile was just sub 6. Left knee was pretty achy, but ignorable for the most part. Nice not to be as slowed as we are on the dog days. Good to catch up with Matt too.
