Meh of a run doomed from my brain. Wanted to do 6 5:40 to 5:15...but also wanted the total run to be sub 6 so that doomed me. Should just easy and stick to the progression. HR for the progression miles was normal legs and body were not having it, harder than last week only did 5 then strides at the end. Would like to blame wind but can't ...just didn't have it in the tank.
