Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Ellyptical 20 minutes easy warmup
3x20 at 40 lb quad machine double leg lifts
3x20 at 45 lb hamstring machine double leg pull backs (?)
Dumbell circut--7.5-12.5 lb (fly, reverse fly, when you lay down and put the weights back to do triceps, bicep etc etc)
3x20 sprinter lunge (extend leg out)
2x20 at 20 lb Aductor, abductor, glute, and hip extensions
5 minute cool down ellyptical
