Comments:
Jeff came by in the mid afternoon and we took a peppy little run down into Rock Creek, along Western Ridge for a bit, past Mellisa Kraniach, and up through Soapstone. Finished along Reno at a 7:50 pace. Felt pretty good, except for achy left knee. Enjoyed his company quite a bit and the warm, wet weather was odd, but easy to run in and break a sweat in.
