Sprint Workout at AU

Comments:
Ran to AU, after extensive warm-up did a down-up ladder: 400, 300, 200, 300, 400, 200, with roughly equidistant recovery. Ran with the top boy's group, but not quite all out because I was shouting advice, timing, and just wasn't fully focused on myself. Time (roughly): 64, 47, 31, 50, 67, 32. Definetely felt hard, especially the second 400m. Long cool down back to school. Definitely easier to pace/coach a slightly slower group than one who you're struggling to keep up with.
