Comments:
Didn't run yesterday :/ was very tired and drunk/hung over in the morning. Only missed out on 5ish miles so not terrible. Bad LR overall...HR was higher for the beginning miles. Ran into Lyd and Izzy 1.5-4 that threw off my groove. Miles leading up to the progression I felt dead. Progression was meh off the bat. First two were harder to hit the times, third was the best miles little tail wind, 4th was into the wind and last two I didn't feel dead legs just didn't have it. Need some workouts to get my HR past 170 but this was alright not the time for it. Hoping I can get that progression 5:30ish to 5:10ish...at some point.
