Didn't sleep great or get great recovery. Had one drink at Contessa and one before, that prob didn't do anything tbh. Just recovering from the long run. Cold and windy on this wasn't any better this morning - was too tired for the morning to run which was prob a decent call. Easy and chill run. Glad I decided to do 8. Will either do 2 short double, one medium double, or a little run Saturday pre/post AOT. Will hit 70 this week then start traning. Need morning runs. Little windy but less so than anticiapted. Ears told even with hat.
