Comments:
Coldest run this season. Running with Rob helped a ton - idk if I would have got up if I didn't have the commitemnt. Decided to drive there so thank you LYd for driving. Did the first 7.4ish with him and was good to chat, maybe I'll rn with his friend in southie. Legs flet heavy on this and watch is unhappy because this wasn't a tempo. HR second mile AVG 152 and hit max is wild.
