broken elliptical

this old elliptical seems to be on its last leg/rolly-track thing because it's scraping on something and popping off the track. anyway, I did 2- and 3-minute pickups, followed by abs and arms. my leg was hurting a bit more today than it has in the past few days, so I'll try to minimize walking around tomorrow.
