Terrific PAC Night!

I had a super, terrific, nearly perfect night at the PAC!
I followed a lot of Dillon's recommendations and just made sure to enjoy myself. I did some tricep curls, pushups, biceps curls, chin-ups, and some other upper body strength work stuff.
I felt very strong! Speaking of which, I have put on about 5 pounds since cross country ended, and since and considerring I have been doing more strength work and miles, I think it is fair to assess those pounds as pounds of muscle. How many more before I start sacrificing speed? Who knows, but for now, I am liking it.
