Comments:
Easy run to mileage with Lyd pre AOT. Later than I wanted but overall the wind really wasn't that bad. Had a side stich, small, most of it but slow pace helped. Felt pretty relaxdd even hungover. HR def elivatied early. Got the weeks wrong somehow on the marathon traning so now its 16 weeks not 18...mileage been 60,65,65,68,68,70 past 6 weeks so not too worried
