Comments:
Opted for the afternoon for less wind...morning was 20mph 5-8 degrees making it feel like -15. Wind died down a little but hopefully the dark doesn't hurt too much. First workout back...didn't wear endorphins. Body battery down more than yesterday - prob due to booking EU flight stress. Morning recovery picked up, maybe fish and cherry?
Run: Overall not bad for the first workout, at night and super cold. The bundles made it hard to lap the watch at times and see the times. First 2 mile felt good. Second 2 mile felt decent little hard at the end but the darkness mad it feel harder 800s were tough. First two good, last 4 harder and harder. Cool down cramp and wanted to get home. Tried the raz gel. Liked the taste and stomach was fine..little side stich but idk if that's related.
