Comments:
I am not putting a time on this. Holy cow...what a disaster. I felt like I am back to square one. I thought because it was a 1.5 miler that I could start out fast. I started out at about a 10 minute per mile pace and had to start walking 3/4 of a mile in. I did the rest at a steep incline at 3.5 to 4.0 mph
