Comments:
Poor run, in my opinion. It was a tough route - very much so! I really struggled on the uphills and felt that I had no speed on the downs. My best split, though was the 14th kilometre (7:58). I expected a little better and it makes me realise that the short runs around the suburb, although improving, are not preparing me for something like this! Felt like I'd run a marathon by the time I got home!
