started wk four of c25k using the accompanying podcast and found it enjoyable and felt great afterwards....wanted to keep going. A little sore the next day, so it was good I took a rest day. I picked up my pace doing 5.5 for the runs instead of 4.7, pushed 6.0 the last minute
